At Perpetual Mods AU, we create custom-built automatic watches using genuine movements from Time Module Inc. (TMI) — a subsidiary of Seiko Instruments Inc. (SII). Our builds feature trusted calibres such as the NH34, NH35, NH36, NH38, NH70, NH72, and VK series meca-quartz movements.
Each timepiece is hand-assembled in Australia, blending precision engineering with the creativity of modern watch modding.

Independent & Unaffiliated

Perpetual Mods AU is not affiliated, associated, authorised, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Seiko, Seiko Holdings Corporation, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.
All parts — including cases, dials, bezels, hands, and movements — are sourced from independent aftermarket suppliers. Our watches are built using non-branded, non-genuine Seiko components, designed purely for custom builds.

Any reference to brand names, calibers, or model styles (for example “NH35” or “Sub-style”) is used solely for descriptive and compatibility purposes. These terms help customers understand movement types and design inspirations, and do not imply brand association or endorsement.

Custom Timepieces

Each Perpetual Mods AU watch is a fully customized timepiece.
Our builds may include modifications to the case, dial, bezel, crystal, or movement, with components that are custom-made or sourced from the secondary market. These modifications are common in the international watch-modding community.

Please note: Seiko or other original manufacturers may decline servicing or warranty coverage for modified or customized watches.

Authenticity & Quality

We guarantee that all watches are assembled using authentic movements from reputable suppliers. Every build is tested for performance and accuracy prior to shipment. However, we cannot be held responsible for third-party service policies, warranty denials, or delivery delays.
